Every piece is hand graded and trimmed to exacting standards before being packaged and shipped to beef connoisseurs all over the globe.
Cabassi & Rea Wa-Gyu is produced from Australia's finest authentic PURE BRED Wa-Gyu herds. Over a period of four years each Wa-Gyu is raised and natured on pristine rangelands and then fattened with rations of barley, wheat and corn.
 Graded to show equivalence to the famous
Japanese A5 standard of marbling and bright
pink colour. This is our most exclusive label
and represents a small proportion of the most
extraordinary Wa-Gyu cattle.
