BEST BURGER I EVER HAD!

My husband sauted baby bella mushrooms & yellow onions on an iron skillet, then I mixed it in with the raw meat and he cooked it to a perfect medium rare on our natural gas grill. It was so moist and delicious and practically melted in my mouth. I couldn't tell that it was much different than beef. It was like a gourmet beef burger, it was so good. I also tried antelope and yak burgers that we got from here which were also cooked in the same manner but the elk was the best IMO. I definitely want to try more elk!
